GERMANY - CFH invests EUR 2m into Synteks
CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH has invested EUR 2m in automotive supplier Synteks Umformtechnik GmbH.
Zwönitz-based Synteks in an automotive supplier, manufacturing complex sheet metal parts. The company was founded in 1998 and reported a turnover of EUR 18m in 2008. The funds, which are drawn from Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen (WMS), will be used to grow the business, possibly reocate production and to strengthen the capital base.
