SWEDEN - Segulah portfolio company makes acquisition
Segulah portfolio company Nordform, a supplier of ground and water systems for infrastructure projects, has acquired SKT (Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik AB) for an undisclosed sum.
Nordform, which is owned by Segulah III, underwent a recapitalisation in 2007, which provided Segulah with returns of 1.2x the money invested. The company achieves turnover of more than SEK 500m, while SKT generates a turnover of SEK 100m.
