UK - ATEP leads £2.6m Digital Healthcare funding

Cambridge-based Digital Healthcare provides software and related services for very large scale population eye screening, which is used to detect early signs of diabetic retinopathy and other causes of blindness. The company also supplies technology to manage information and images in clinical ophthalmology.

Digital Healthcare has raised a total of almost £7.2m in funding to date. The new investment will be used to allow the business to capitalize on its core product functionality and platform flexibility to position itself for the delivery of services used in the screening and diagnosis of other major conditions.
