ITALY - Alto Partners completes capital increase in IDM for add-on acquisition

Anacomp Italia, founded in 1991 and based in Milan, provides document and file management services on the Italian market. Anacomp Italia's client portfolio includes Credito Emiliano, Banca Popolare di Sondrio, Intesa SanPaolo, Ubi Banca, Fiditalia, Eni, Enel, SKY, Nestlè, Citroen, TNT. The key figures for the last fiscal year of Anacomp Italia show sales of approximately EUR 10m, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of close to 12%.

The transaction completed through to Alto Capital II and was supported by a senior loan provided by Centrobanca which also refinanced the previous debt in IDM.
