UK - ECI supports Axell acquisition
ECI Partners has backed portfolio telecommunications equipment company Axell Wireless, a provider of wireless coverage solutions, in its acquisition of Israeli competitor Dekolink.
ECI acquired Aerial Facilities in January 2007, later merging it with Avitec and re-branding the business Axcell. The company is headquartered in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, and has a major production facility in Sweden as well as regional offices in Austria, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Singapore and Canada. New sales offices in the Middle East, USA, and Latin America will be opened soon.
