
MALTA – Denham Capital Management invests in renewable player
Denham Capital Management has invested USD 200m in SunRay Renewable Energy to develop a portfolio of European solar energy projects.
The partnership is committed to developing more than 300 MW of solar power throughout Europe and the Mediterranean over the next four years, generating more than 400 GW hours of electricity annually. The initiative is supported by government backed feed-in tariffs lasting 20 years or more. SunRay is currently operating in Spain, Greece and Italy and expects to open operations in three more countries in 2008.
