NORWAY - Investinor makes NOK 12m Think investment
Norwegian government-owned venture fund Investinor has backed electric vehicle manufacturerer Think with NOK 12m, with an option to invest a further NOK 18m in the near future. Following this round Investinor will hold a 5.5% stake in the compnay.
In conjunction with the recent capital increase, Think has secured agreements with industrial partners Valmet Automotive in Finland, which will manufacture the Think cars, and US-based Ener1. Design, testing and sales operations will still be run out of the office in Aurskog, Norway.
