SPAIN – Nomura launches turnaround fund in Spain

The fund has a target of EUR 200m, which makes it the largest turnaround specialist in Spain. It will seek to invest between EUR 6-8m in Iberian companies undergoing difficulties and with annual sales between EUR 200-300m.

Thesan will carry out majority investments in the steel, construction materials, paper, telecom manufacturers and food sectors but will not exclude investments in any sector except the high-tech sector.
