CEE - AIG Investments sells Jetfinance International to BNP Paribas
AIG Investments has sold JetFinance International, a Bulgarian specialised consumer finance company, to Cetelem, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas.
JetFinance International was founded in November 2001. Its products include point-of-sale financing, home-collected loans and personal loans distributed through a proprietary branch network. As of 31 December 2006, JetFinance International had total assets of EUR 109m.
