GERMANY/US - Jordan's PRG acquires Procon

PRG is The Jordan Company's platform investment in the live event lighting and services business. With this acquisition, Production Resoource Group expands its market coverage to continental Europe, China and the Middle East.

Headquartered in Hamburg, Procon provides equipment and technical services for live events as well as film and TV projects worldwide. The company offers a range of technical services, including equipment rental, technical planning, and design for premier live events, cultural events, and corporate and tradeshows.
