
DENMARK – OpenView injects $4.2m into Zmags
Zmags, a Danish online publications specialist, has closed a series-B funding round of $4.2m with commitments from OpenView Venture Partners, bringing total investments in the company to $7m.
Zmags has developed the software platform SaaS, which enables printed publications to be presented online. It has 700 customers including Microsoft, IKEA and 3M. The business was founded in 2005, has sales offices in London and Ottawa, and employs 34 people.
NorthCap committed $2.3m into the company in November last year.
