DENMARK – OpenView injects $4.2m into Zmags

The proceeds from the round will be used to expand the company’s sales and marketing efforts in the US, in addition to accelerating ongoing R&D.

Zmags has developed the software platform SaaS, which enables printed publications to be presented online. It has 700 customers including Microsoft, IKEA and 3M. The business was founded in 2005, has sales offices in London and Ottawa, and employs 34 people.

NorthCap committed $2.3m into the company in November last year.
