SPAIN - Investor Growth Capital acquires 26% stake in TDT
Swedish venture capital firm Investor Growth Capital has acquired a 26% stake in Televisión Digital Terrestre (TDT).
The deal was carried out through the newco Air Plus TV, which has taken an 87% holding in the business. The company aims to improve its position in the Spanish TV pay-per-view segment of the market.
