UK - Sovereign completes portfolio acquisition

The deal marks the third bolt on acquisition in nine months for Kinetic, with the group now incorporating Seaflame, Camerons, TA Horn, Hudson and Walcotts and generating annual turnover of £80m.

Walmotts is a provider of installation and maintenance services for the social housing sector. The business has grown fast since its inception in 1983 and currently employs over 100 CORGI-registered gas engineers.
