SPAIN – Caja Inmaculada acquires 25% stake in engineering firm
Caja Inmaculada (CAI) has acquired a 25% stake in engineering company ASE Soluciones through a capital expansion deal.
According to reports the capital injection will serve to expand the company’s presence, develop new activities and business opportunities.
Earlier this year CAI acquired a 20% stake in leisure sector company Campusport through a capital expansion deal and more recently it acquired Aragon retailing chain Martín Martín.
