SPAIN – Apax-backed Panrico acquires biscuit manufacturer
Apax-backed Panrico has acquired biscuit manufacturer Artiach, which consists of some 20 Kraft biscuit brands.
Following the acquisition, Panrico forecast to reach an estimated EUR 700m in sales this year. The company was acquired by Apax in 2005 and reaching EUR 555.5m in net sales in 2007 with an EBITDA of EUR 106.1m.
