GERMANY - Ventizz invests in electronic manufacturing services firm
Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG has taken an undisclosed majority interest in AEMtec GmbH through its latest fund, Ventizz Capital Fund III.
AEMtec is based in Berlin and was founded in 2000 as a spin-off from Infineon Technologies AG. The firm currently employs around 120 staff and specialises in the production of multi-chip modules. The company's customers span a wide range of sectors including automotive, industrial, medical technology and data communication firms. Last year the firm recorded a turnover of EUR 23.5m.
