
PORTUGAL - PME Investimentos backs GADSA
Document management company GADSA – Arquivo e Deposito has received backing from PME Investimentos in a first round of funding worth EUR 750,000, 50% of which is equity and 50% debt. In return, the Lisbon–based private equity firm is taking a 37.5% stake in the company. GADSA was founded in Lisbon in 2000 and it employs 21 staff. It provides management services of the active and inactive archive systems and information storage, via scanning, document microfilming and destruction.
