SWEDEN - Ratos-backed EuroMaint acquires EISAB for SEK 24.5m
EuroMaint Industry, a subsidiary of Ratos-owned EuroMaint, has acquired EISAB Energi och Industriservice AB, a service provider to industries within waste management and renewable energy, valuing the business at SEK 24.5m. Ratos will be injection a corresponding amount of equity in connection with the deal.
EuroMaint was acquired by Ratos in 2007, and provides maintenance services to the rail transport sector and engineering industry. Its subsidiary EuroMaint Industry focuses on industrial maintenance offering services within automated production equipment and component servicing. The business employs some 300 people and counts for 16% of EuroMaint's total sales, with EuroMaint Rail generating the balance.
