UK - Crescent Point Group et al. invest in XConnect
Crescent Point Group, alongside return backers Accel Partners, Grazia Equity and Venrock, has invested $10m in telecom company XConnect, as part of a series B funding round for the company.
London-based XConnect provides neutral and secure next-generation interconnection and ENUM-registry services to help service providers deliver rich multimedia IP communications across networks.
The new funding will be used to continue the company's expansion of its Interconnect 2.0 portfolio, which includes Carrier ENUM-registry and multimedia interconnection hub services.
