GERMANY/UK - Riverside-backed Sage makes fourth acquisition
Riverside Company-backed international communications company Sage Holdings has acquired Capital Precision, a UK-based provider of capital markets intelligence.
The deal marks the fourth bolt-on for Sage and the second in 2008, having earlier this year acquired Swedish corporate communications and web services firm Hallvarsson & Halvarson in an all equity deal. Sage Holdings was founded in 2007 with private equity backing from The Riverside Company and it made its first acquisitions in February 2008, when it purchased M: Communications and D.F. King & Co.
