
FRANCE – CAPE invests EUR 3m in Splendia
Crédit Agricole Private Equity has invested EUR 3m in Splendia in a second round of financing alongside historic investor Alven Capital. The company has collected EUR 5m in investments since 2006.
Splendia focuses on internet reservations for high-end luxury hotel. The company was founded in 2004 by Elie de Coignac and Benoit Durand and generated turnover of EUR 27m in 2007. The firm will use the development to continue its expansion into America and Asia.
