
FRANCE - Avenir takes a 28% stake in Tiger Wok
Avenir Entreprises has taken a 28% shareholding in the Tiger Wok restaurant chain.
Tiger Wok was founded in 2002 by Phillipe Vonthron and Eric Gross. The chain has restaurants in Strasbourg, Lille and Lyon, and is due to open branches in Nimes and Dijon in September 2008. The company’s 75 employees served 250,000 clients in 2007, generating a turnover of EUR 4m.
Tiger Wok will use the investment to continue the company’s expansion strategy both in France and abroad.
