NETHERLANDS - Rabo Private Equity invests in Duck-To Farm Holding BV
Rabo Private Equity and the current management have jointly acquired Duck-To Farm Holding BV, including its subsidiaries Duck-To Farm BV and Tomassen Poeliersbedrijf BV.
Rabo Private Equity believes Duck-To’s strength to lie in its total control of the production chain and the strong positioning of its product. By acquiring a participating interest in the company, Rabo Private Equity is supporting the company’s growth ambitions that are based on further expanding its market position in other countries. Through this investment Rabo Private Equity also confirms its confidence in a sector that has recently attracted considerable attention in part due to the turmoil concerning the international threat of the avian flu virus.
