
GERMANY - Palamon Capital Partners invests in Polikum
Palamon Capital Partners has agreed to invest in health clinic operator Polikum, taking a significant minority stake in the business.
Founder and CEO Dr Wolfram Otto continues to hold the majority of the equity.
This is the twelfth investment of Palamon's EUR 670m vehicle European Equity II, which is now over 55% of its invested.
Polikum provides outpatient medical treatments in a cost efficient way. The company currently operates three health clinics in Berlin and will be opening a number of similar clinics in other major German cities over the next few years. Polikum was founded in 2004.
