POLAND - Krokus PE acquires 44% stake in Polmed
Krokus Private Equity, through its Poland-focused fund Nova Polonia Natexis II, has acquired 44% stake in healthcare business Polmed as part of a capital increase.
Nova Polonia Natexis II is a EUR 100m vehicle that invests in expansion and buy-out opportunities in Poland. Other investments include provider of construction elements Comfort; inland shipping business Odratrans; industrial transportation systems designer Transsystem; and thermal insulation services provider Izoterm.
