AUSTRIA - UC4 Software acquires AppWorx
The Carlyle Group portfolio company UC4 Software GmbH has acquired software company AppWorx Corporations. The transaction value has not been disclosed but Carlyle provided UC4 with fresh capital to finance the acquisition. Following completion of the transaction, UC4 will merge its operations with AppWorx. The company continues to be headquartered in Wolfsgraben and has operations in Europe, the US and Australia, totalling a workforce of more than 250.
