
UK - Viking Fund makes intelligent investment
Yorkshire-based venture capital company Viking Fund has invested in Intelligentsia, a Sheffield software firm. Viking Fund has invested around £100,000 in Intelligentsia, alongside £60,000 from four members of the Viking Club – a group of high net worth private investors. Additional funding of £75,000 was also secured from three private investors, with significant industry contacts. This brings the total investment in Intelligentsia to £235,000.
