GERMANY – IK-backed Schenck Process acquires Screenex

The add-on has been financed through a combination of the company’s existing EUR 30m acquisition finance facility, newly committed acquisition facilities of EUR 10m, and an equity contribution from IK Investment Partners (formerly known as Industri Kapital). The debt financing was supplied by Dresdner Kleinwort.

Schenck Process manufactures equipment to measure and process technologies in industrial weighing, feeding, screening and automation.
