SPAIN - Arcano invests EUR 20m into Contratas La Mancha

Arcano has invested EUR 20m into real estate developer Contratas La Mancha, taking a 44% stake in the business.

The deal was part of a capital increase and also included an investment by construction company Altec, which acquired a 10% interest in the company, with the balance being retained by the founding partners Fernando Jerez and Miguel Cesteros.
