
CEE - Mid Europa Partners increases stake in Falcon Group
Mid Europa Partners has completed the acquisition of an additional stake in Falcon Group from Lehman Brothers, taking its ownership in the business to 74.6%.
CRa is the main national provider of analogue and digital TV and radio broadcast transmission services, as well as a leading alternative provider of telecommunications services, in the Czech Republic.
TMCZ is the market leader in mobile telecommunications services in the Czech Republic with approximately 5.4 million subscribers, representing around 40% of the market. The business is one of the few major CEE mobile assets not wholly-owned by a major operator.
