GERMANY - Siemens Venture Capital exits portfolio to Cipio Partners
Cipio Partners has acquired a portfolio of venture capital investments from Siemens Venture Capital. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. However the portfolio includes all assets of the Siemens Venture Capital Communications Fund, which has made numerous direct investments in late-stage North American and Israeli technology companies since 1999. The companies acquired by Cipio Partners operate in the areas of semiconductors, optical components and communications equipment.
