SWEDEN - Verdane acquires portion of Pelago portfolio

The deal will see Verdane take stakes in AppliedSensor, a gas sensor technology company, Columbitech, a software supplier, and Proximion, a module supplier of optical fibernets. At the same tine the investor has acquired shares from a number of other owners of AppliedSensor and Columbitech and is participating in a larger financing of Proximio.

Verdane was attracted to the deal due to the companies’ development potential, and the by the opportunity it presented to further diversify it's 100 strong portfolio into different sectors.
