SPAIN – Riva y García backs sportsware firm

The transaction was carried out through the Tirant fund managed by Riva y García which committed EUR 9m. The fund had previously invested EUR 3m having in August. EUR 5m was invested by Bancaja, CAM, BBVA and Banco Popular.

The financing will allow the company to pursue a consolidation of its market presence in Europe and North America as well as to establish a presence in the Middle East. Similarly, the development plan foresees the use of new technologies to offer a wider range of products.
