SPAIN - Quercus-backed Alfanext acquires Música Viva

Música Viva will be integrated into Alfasom, events audiovisual subsidiary of Alfanext.

In June 2007 Quercus purchased audiovisual players Stonex and Portugal Alfasom for a total sum of EUR 60m. Spanish Stonex was proprietarily sourced and acquired from founders, management and a group of financial investors. Portuguese Alfasom was acquired through an auction process co-ordinated from vendor Explorer Investments.
