FRANCE - CDC-backed Artesys buys Naviline
CDC Capital Innovation-backed Artesys, an information services company, has purchased sector player Naviline from the Soft Company and merged the businesses to create Groupe Artesys.
Paris-based Artesys, founded in 2002, provides turnkey services in maintaining operating conditions for sensitive production platforms, emergency solutions, organisational problems, process standardisation and management solutions.
Naviline, founded in 1997, is an IT service management company.
The combined entity has 120 employees and a turnover of EUR 25m in 2008.
