FRANCE - Turenne provides EUR 1.7m to fund Satam acquisition
Turenne Capital has provided portfolio company Satam, a provider of industrial metering systems, with EUR 1.7m to finance the purchase of sector rival Meci.
Satem was founded in 1920 and is based in Tremblay. The company is a provider of industrial metering systems with products such as P.D. meters, mass ultrasonic and turbine flowmeters, as well as metering units for army equipment.
Meci produces electronic meters for the industrial transaction of gas and liquid hydrocarbons.
