
SPAIN - Nauta invests EUR 1.3m in IT security firm
Nauta Capital has invested EUR 1.3m in IT security firm Kinamik becoming the reference shareholder.
The investment was carried out through Nauta Tech Invest II fund and consisted of a capital injection and the purchase of shares previously held by Riva y García backed-WebCapital.
The Barcelona-based company specialises in guaranteeing privacy protection to sectors managing high volumes of confidential data. The financing will be use to increase client base in Europe and the US.
