FRANCE - Serena and A Plus invest EUR 6.47m into RSI

The company specialises in the development of alarm and anti-intrusion systems solutions based on video sequence acquisition technology. The investment will be used to support the company's development and finance its expansion into two new markets. RSI Video Technologies was founded in 2000 and is based in Strasbourg.

Serena provided EUR 3.6m of the total and A Plus provided EUR 1.5m, while the returning investors provided the balance.
