RUSSIA - CapMan acquires Region-Avia Airline
CapMan Russia Fund has acquired Russian private airline operator Region-Avia Airline for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2005, Region-Avia Airline operates regular passenger traffic in Russia and provides charter corporate flights and services for regional and local authorities. The funds raised will be used to open new flight routes between Russia’s outlying cities and the country’s main regional air hubs as well as build up the fleet of aircrafts.
