CEE - DBG acquires Tomplast
It is widely reported that DBG Eastern Europe, a Central and Eastern Europe focused private equity firm, has acquired 100% stake in Slovenian plastic components producer Tomplast. Mark Stemberger has led the MBI team that partnered with DBG in the transaction. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Related link: http://www.dbgee.com/
