GERMANY - JC Flowers expands insurance portfolio

Darag was acquired from AXA. The company recorded profits of EUR 72.3m in 2005 with revenues of EUR 1.3m. Wüba, which was acquired by JC Flowers at the end of 2004, reported profits of EUR 164m in 2005, with revenues of EUR 2.7m.
