FRANCE - AXA PE takes 25% stake in Goto Software

Founded in 1982, Goto software operates in three different sectors: Vade Retro, which focuses on anti-spam software for businesses and ISPs; Sarbacane, an application which manages mass mailing for SMEs; and Funbridge an online platform to play the card game bridge. The business employes 40 people.
