UK - ISIS environmental portfolio company completes £2m acquisition

ISIS Equity Partners portfolio company SLR Consulting has completed its first major acquisition with the purchase of Insite Environments. SLR Consulting is an environmental consultancy in which ISIS acquired a minority stake in 2004, investing ТЃ4.85m as part of a ТЃ13m transaction. SLR acquired Insite for a consideration of up to ТЃ2m, funded by a combination of cash, performance based deferred consideration and SLR shares.

Insite's business complements SLR's existing operations and will enable SLR to extend the range of masterplanning and landscape architecture services already offered to clients in both the private and public sectors – in particular to new and existing clients who are involved with urban regeneration and development. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Insite is an award-winning landscape architect, urban design and masterplanning consultancy. Established in 1992, Insite employs a staff of 30.
