NORWAY - Epi-V injects £3.5m in i-Tec
Epi-V has invested £3.5m in i-Tec, an oil services company, for a minority stake.
The company designs and manufactures drilling and intervention products utilised by international operators and oil and gas services companies to increase the efficiency of well operators. Founded in April 2007, the Stavanger-based company recently opened sales offices and service facilities in Aberdeen and Houston.
