
SWEDEN - Smedvig backs SelStor with £15m
Smedvig Capital has invested £15m (SEK 175m) in SelStor AB, a self storage company.
SelStor was set up in 2006 to build self-storage sites across Sweden, with its first Stockholm centre due to open in Autumn 2008. The company has a strong pipeline of new sites for the near future and is currently pursuing an aggressive land acquisition program. Once it has established a strong presence in Sweden, SelStor is looking to expand into the wider European market. The business is headquarted in Stockholm and currently has 6 employees.
