SPAIN - Kennet Partners makes first investment from new fund
Kennet Partners has led a EUR 7m series-A funding round for European Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), a teleradiology service provider. The deal represents Kennet's first investment from its new fund, Kennet III LP, and provides an exit for previous investors Active Capital Partners and Invernova.
The company offers a sub-specialised teleradiology service to both public and private healthcare providers across Europe. Teleradiology involves the transmission of digitised diagnostic images -such as x-rays, MRI scans and CT/PET scans - to a remote location for interpretation by certified radiologists, helping to reduce patient waiting times. The funding will be used to grow TMC's presence internationally and develop new service offerings.
