SWEDEN - NVP invests SEK 23m into Jalbum
Existing investor Nordic Venture Partners (NVP) has invested SEK 23m into Jalbum, which operates an online community for personalised photo sharing, in a second round of funding.
The Järfälla-based company was founded in 2002 and secured its first investment from NVP in 2006. This latest capital infusion will be used to accelerate product and business development.
Jalbum also recently appointed Andreas Sjölund as CEO. Sjölund was co-creator and first product manager of Skype and was one of the first employees of KaZaA. Jalbum founder David Ekholm will resume the role of CTO.Latest News
