SPAIN – Inova Capital becomes main shareholder of DiLartec

The capital injection will facilitate the creation of two new business lines specialising in automated facilities for the tertiary sector: DiLartec Building and DiLartec Community. These two new lines will develop custom solutions for industrial complexes, logistics centres, office buildings, civil engineering works, hotels and shopping centres.
