FRANCE - Evolem purchases stake in Ingerence & Connivence
Evolem has taken a 25% shareholding in Ingerence & Connivence, a consulting services company, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2006 by Jean-Claude Susperregui, the company advises clients on cost reduction solutions. The company will use the investment to consolidate its strategic positioning before focusing on its commercial development. The firm in based in Saint Jean d'Illac and aims to generate EUR 6m in 2010.
