FRANCE - UFG PE invests EUR 5m into Arkadin
UFG Private Equity, via its funds FCPI Diadième III and IV, has invested EUR 5m into Arkadin, a provider of audio and web conferencing services, in a third round of funding.
Founded in 2001 by Olivier Pumorin, Arkadin provides audio and data conferencing services in Europe and the US. The company achieved a turnover of EUR 70m in 2008, a 30% increase on the previous year, with an EBITDA of EUR 12m. The company has over 500 employees in 22 countries throughout Asia, Europe and North America.
